May 2008: Media and Society Foundation at Asia Media Summit

The Foundation took part in the Asia Media Summit in Kuala Lumpur, May 25-28. In collaboration with the Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development and the World Radio and Television Council, it organized  a one-day workshop on media quality management, attended by 30 radio and TV managers from the Asia-Pacific region. It also contributed to a UNAIDS-AIBD project of minimum quality standards for the media coverage of HIV- AIDS.
